1. Production Time

Production time varies depending on the type of doll ordered:

TPE dolls: Typically 7–15 days.
TPE body with silicone head: Approximately 30–45 days.
Full silicone dolls: Longer production times.

All dolls are handcrafted in order of purchase, so production requires time and care.

2. Why Silicone Heads Take Longer to Produce

CATDOLL dolls are designed for realistic texture and appearance. Silicone heads use real human hair, implanted manually strand by strand, which naturally extends production time.

3. Receiving Dolls via Shipping Companies

Yes, delivery through secure carriers is available. After production, you will receive a tracking number along with photos of your doll. Shipping options can be selected via the carrier’s website.

4. International Orders

We ship worldwide, including the U.S., Europe, UK, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and more. Special shipping methods are used to ensure safe delivery, which may result in slightly longer transit times.

5. Customizing Heads from Photos

Yes, we can create a head based on photos provided by the customer. Please contact us for details.

7. Product Quality

All official CATDOLL products are high-quality and built to last:

TPE bodies with metal skeletons allow realistic posing.
High-grade TPE elastomer is soft, elastic, durable, non-toxic, and odorless.
TPE feels softer than silicone while maintaining excellent tensile strength and flexibility.

8. Self-Standing Feature

Optional self-standing capability is available at no extra cost. Notify us after purchase to add this feature. Dolls without this option will be produced as pictured by default.

9. Skeleton Updates

Dolls 88cm and below: Semi-EVO skeleton
Dolls 102cm and above (including 108cm): Full EVO skeleton

This ensures enhanced poseability for all doll sizes.

10. Transaction Notes

Minor measurement variations may occur due to different measurement methods.
Photos are professionally taken; slight differences may appear compared to the actual product. If perfection is required, we recommend reviewing real doll images upon request.
Dolls are produced in China. International shipping takes longer than domestic shipping, and customs or holidays may cause delays.

Important: Once production and shipping arrangements are confirmed, orders cannot be canceled.

11. Usage and Care

Avoid sharp objects or heavy impact on the doll.
Always wash the doll with mild soap before and after use. Remove the head for separate cleaning. Pat dry and lightly dust with baby powder. Avoid hair dryers.
Store dolls covered in cloth to maintain cleanliness.
Avoid placing dolls directly on floors or hard surfaces.
When repositioning, avoid excessive stress on joints.
Handle dolls gently during movement to prevent damage.
Keep dolls out of direct sunlight for extended periods.
Avoid dressing dolls in clothing that may bleed color.
If not in use for long periods, clean and lightly powder the doll before storage.

12. Estimated Delivery Time

Based on past orders, total delivery typically takes 1–5 weeks:

Production: 7–30 days
International shipping: ~1 week
Domestic shipping (U.S.) varies based on location

13. Receiving Packages at Carrier Locations

Once your package arrives in the U.S., you can contact the carrier to pick it up directly from their location.
